Formovie Referral Program Terms & Conditions
* The referral program is available for all existing customers who have made purchases on Formovie. Please note that your friends must be located in a country that Formovie can ship to. For more information on the countries we can ship to, please visit Shipping Policy.
† To participate in the referral program, customers must share their unique referral link provided by Formovie with their friends.
‡ The referred friend must click on the referral link shared by the customer and make a first-time purchase on the Formovie website in order for the referral to be deemed eligible. *The Referred Customer and the Referrer may not be identical entities (i.e., sharing the same email, IP address, or browser session), as determined at the sole discretion of Formovie. We reserve the right to cancel referral orders and associated rewards.
§ The referred friend will receive a $550 discount (expires in 30 days) on Formovie THEATER when they use the referral link during the checkout process.
¶ The referrer will receive a reward if the referred friend does not request a refund for their purchase within 15 days of placing the order.
‖ About cash reward:
- Cash rewards will be sent on the 16th of every month through Paypal, for approved successful referral during the previous month.
- We highly recommend using the same email address for signing up as an advocate and for the Paypal account. If the email address is not linked to a Paypal account, you will be asked to create one.
** The reward is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
†† The referrer may receive multiple rewards if they successfully refer multiple friends who meet the eligibility criteria with different referral links. However, each referral link is exclusive to the first friend who places their first order.
‡‡ Formovie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
§§ Participants in the referral program must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
¶¶ Any suspected or actual fraudulent activity may result in disqualification from the referral program and forfeiture of rewards.
‖‖ By participating in the referral program, both the referrer and the referred friend agree to release and hold harmless Formovie, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of their participation in the program.
